The goal of Living Free is to provide the highest quality mental health
care for individuals, couples and families experiencing social, emotional
and/or behavioral problems. Living Free is designed to help clients
attain, enhance or re-establish their overall mental health.
The target population is males and females, ages 13 through adulthood
who have problems with mood disorders, anxiety and stress, crisis,
co-dependency issues, compulsion disorders (gambling, sex and spending),
adjustment disorders including adjustment to acute and chronic illness,
marital conflict, parent-child conflict, family issues, low self-esteen,
post traumatic stress and HIV issues.
The services at Living Free are provided by a team of professionals
including social workers, professional counselors, nurse clinical specialists,
doctorate and masters level therapists as well as certified hypnotherapists.
Treatment plans are designed in collaboration with the clients using
a multidisciplinary approach to address the individualized needs of
each client.
Living Free offers Individual, Group, Couples and Family therapy.
Emphasis is put on the identification of treatment issues and the development
of strong "life skills" necessary for effective living. A
variety of treatment approaches are used according to the client's individual
needs. In addition to traditional individual, family and group therapy
approaches, Living Free offers Hypnotherapy by Certified Practitioners
